Sustainable design takes many forms.  Probably one of the most effective strategies is the reuse of existing buildings.  In this case a 27,000 square-foot former computer store was recycled into a specialty hospital that includes an in-ground physical therapy pool and MRI capacity.  A second phase which will add a linear accelerator is presently underway.
